Edit: (one week later) All it took was a haircut and now I love both my hair and color. Highly recommend Allen for short hair.I love my haircut from this place and don't think my color was bad in quality persay, but I'm not sure what all the other reviews are talking about when they say the prices aren't too bad. Haircut price is great.Cindy was sweet and all, but she seemed to not know my style at all. I came in wanting my low lights enhanced but walked out with a lot more of my head highlighted. I would have preferred getting what I'd asked for rather than something else because it was the style she preferred. I have been coming to this establishment FOR YEARS, and I absolutely love Cindy's work. She has done balayages and regular dyes on my hair as well as cut my hair very well. I like how she also recommends me products to help strengthen my hair/ increase hair growth as she notices I have been losing hair from time to time. Service is great and she is very friendly. Her husband, Allen, is also very pleasant! this is the salon that I am willing to travel across the bridge to get my hair services done.

This place far exceeded my expectations! I am very picky about who I let cut my hair, and unfortunately the person who has been doing it since I was 15 (I am 33 now) retired last year, since then I refused to get it cut, but finally gave in due to split and dry ends. After looking at reviews I finally decided on Ocean hair design since it is down the street from my house. Allen did such a great job!! My hair not only looks super healthy, but he also styled it. So happy with the results! I will definitely be coming back.Service: Hairstyling
