Hello everyone, Griselda is totally amazing when it come to knowing colors! If your a Burnett and wish to become a blonde with highlights, she will definitely make it happen. Gris, is very professional, take her time and very pleasant.
This place is a jewel in the Mission neighborhood, despite the gentrification of the Mission this place has survived because you leave feeling gorgeous at such a reasonable price. The owner is the sweetest woman and she is always so welcoming. I needed an extra early appointment and Carmen was very accommodating and even opened the salon early for me. This is my go to place for hairscuts which I always add a hair treatment to for just $10 and it leaves my hair super soft and helps it grows. Carmen always cuts my hair because she has a good hand, she understand when I ask for a trim (just one inch) and never cuts more. My hair has grown at least 10 inches since I began going to Carmen for regular hair cuts and treatment 2 years ago. I have had a my hair dyed by both Griselda and Carmen and both do a great job. I like that they only use high quality Italian and Colombian hair dye because it never burns or itches which is important to me because it has to be on my head for 45 minutes. I also had an updo last summer for my wedding and it was gorgeous! Griselda did the updo and it came out elegant, beautiful, and stayed firm all night. I even had a chance to do a practice run with both my hair and makeup, which I took advantage of and went to do my engagement photos that day. Overall, I've always been treated well and leave with a big smile on my face!
