When we first looked at the job together, I explained that because it was my only bathroom, I would have to move in with a relative during the construction. Rokay assured me that they would do everything possible to expedite the project. Start to finish, it took about 3 1/2 weeks. They were finished a week earlier than estimated. This is a family business, everyone on the construction team was related. The bathroom came out great.“

Aside from a little dust, it still looks new!Recently however, there was a fault with one of the pulleys, such that the mechanism wouldn't work if I wanted to pull the shades up. “Friends, we just wrapped up a 6 month project with AAA. The pictures are what really does this work justice, but I can say that AAA far exceeded expectations. We did a kitchen/living room remodel which included removing two walls and adding a 16' new sliding door and a new deck. Toward the end of the project we expanded scope to include a new roof and new siding and exterior painting. They seamlessly provided this extra work. We lived in the house during the construction and worked from home while the crew transformed our home. Andrey got us going and Art and Alex were our main contacts during the project. “I hired Houseworks for a good size house remodel-every room was touched in some way, including adding a second floor balcony with the doors and windows to access it, 4 bathrooms, lots of lighting and electrical, turning a storage area into a permitted bedroom and bathroom. Houseworks was great to work with because their designers and builders work together to make sure everything is right. They appear pricier than other alternatives, but every aspect of their work was done well and now after 2 1/2 years of living in the space I can tell you that all of the work was top-notch. I actually think they save you money by doing things well the first time. When we had a couple of small post construction issues, including a ceiling fan that decided to become noisy they came right over even a year later to fix it. They are very communicative, did not go over budget at all. Any changes to original spec were facilitated through change requests which I had to sign off on to make sure I understood what was happening. At the end of the project I received a binder with all of the documentation from systems they had installed such as plumbing fixtures, jetted tub, lighting etc. budgeting information, which is good to save for when you sell your house so that you can apply the cost of your remodel against your capital gains on the property.“
