I got a month unlimited voucher from Groupon. I just wanted to give it a try. The result is that I fell in love with this place. I have taken four classes with three different instructors. They are all very friendly and helpful. They emphasize a sense of community and push us to go further. The place is not big, but they have showers, closets, a water fountain, and some resting benches. The room is not too big, and sometimes it will get crowded over the weekends, but people here are friendly and willing to move around for you. I am committed to doing it. Let's go.
I have been going to this place for over 10 years since they were still at the old location. They have been committed to both the yoga and local communities to promote a peaceful and healthy environment to the locals. ☮️ ?
I can only recommend everyone who suffers from jet lag and/or who wants to get really hot again - Mika exhausted me and a few others - that was Bikram Yoga in its purest form and not washed soft, as I have experienced it so often ...Congratulations :-)
