We had a great experience from start to finish. They responded quickly, showed up on time, and were very professional throughout the whole job. They took the time to explain what needed to be fixed, answered all of our questions, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The work was clean, efficient, and high quality, and everything has been working perfectly since. It’s hard to find honest, reliable plumbers these days, but this company definitely exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, skilled plumbing services.
We had a pressure assisted toilet that started not flushing over 6 months ago. It got to the point that any flush repair worked only about ten days max then stopped flushing after ten days after another trip by the handyman so that we had finally to flush 16 times, first the outside handle, then the inside cylinder, then the inside handle, then the outside handle again, the water line calcium backup, then the inside cylinder, then the inside handle, then the outside handle again, repeated again a few more times, til finally we called Hetherington Mechanical and Plumbing plumbers on California Street at 4th Avenue. Great service by great people. Jr and Anthony were very knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. They found a few unforeseen issues while doing the planned job and quickly made adjustments and got the job done on time based on building requirements. They saved me money by not having to come back a second time. Thanks guys!
