“I’ve had the privilege of learning from Yancarlos, one of the best instructors I’ve ever encountered. He is calm, patient, and highly knowledgeable, an absolute pleasure to drive with. Even when I made mistakes, he remained composed and took the time to explain not just what went wrong, but how to approach it correctly next time. He genuinely cares about his students’ success and is consistently encouraging. ?

One of his recurring reminders is: “see the bigger picture while driving, scan your surroundings periodically, and approach the road with a fresh mind—like a lettuce” ??. It’s a quirky, endearing piece of advice that somehow sticks with you, just like his calm and encouraging presence.

He also often reminds you not to overthink, especially when you know you’re following the rules, and encourages you to take your time and claim your space on the road. For new drivers like me, who get anxious when others honk or rush, his calm reassurance makes all the difference. His thoughtful and supportive teaching style made every lesson feel safe, enjoyable, and even fun. I truly looked forward to each session, and I’ll genuinely miss driving with him. ❤️

The driving school itself is also excellent and well worth the investment. The website is user-friendly, making it easy to book multiple appointments. The staff is responsive, and they offer flexible payment options to accommodate different needs ☺️. Overall, a 10/10 experience and I wholeheartedly recommend this school to anyone learning to drive.

Thank you, Yancarlos!“

“I just enrolled with this program. Enrollment process was fair and easy. Calling, having to schedule an appointment for intake and filling out paperwork....it wasn't much of a hassle. I've seen negative reviews mostly on this business and funny yet it wasn't my first pick. But since I had no other option I had to enroll (given courts timeframe demand although I could've extended it). I was very iffy on the location since it's right next to AmTrak and the location seemed very desolate. They are very stern on scheduling and enrollment (most of the reviews are because of rudeness and poor customer service) so missing an appointment set them and YOU back. A spot that's reserved and drops out affect the other person that needs that spot to meet requirements. As serious as they are, you have a responsibility to uphold your requirements when enrolling with them. They take it just as seriously. Intake is very straightforward, evaluations are done, welfare is considered on personal situations and most importantly meeting the person's court mandated deadline. Aside from payment plans, deposits and flexible ways to pay... you must follow the conditions set. When I started my first lesson it was a very valuable experience to remember. They care about you but if you waste your time let alone theirs well consider it "touché.“

“I had excellent lessons with both Rita and Arturo! Rita is patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging, while Arturo is equally skilled and has a talent for using metaphors that build confidence and enhance the process of becoming a more proficient driver. I took (and passed! ?) my driving test with Arturo and couldn’t thank him enough. I highly recommend them both!“
