They got me and my cat in immediately for an appointment and it was our first time! Such a relief, they cleaned him up had the right ointment on premise to send me home with, no pharmacies or online pharmacies! The staff was very professional and it didn’t feel like they were overcharging at all!
We took our 3 year old cat here for his annual exam + vaccines and had a good experience. I wish I had asked the names of the staff, but they were all kind, friendly and professional. The doctor did a thorough exam, and gave us useful diet recommendations. The nurses and technicians showered our boy with pets and praises as they gave him his vaccines. The person at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. We'll continue going to Small Paws!
Small Paws Pet Hospital exceeded every expectation. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the start, and the doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and truly invested in my pet's recovery. She went above and beyond by personally texting to check in on her condition and requesting wound photos to monitor her healing — after-hours care you just don't see everywhere.
Highly recommend!
