“I’ve been a patient for several years and I’ve always enjoyed my visits. The staff is excellent and the newly remodeled office is lovely. Because of a death in the family, I’ve been away for four months and in the meantime, my back which is scheduled for surgery in January, was extremely tight and sore. I couldn’t walk upright very easily so I decided I should go back and have a decompression tuneup on my lower back. I went today and I feel amazing. “I've read people's complaints and they're ridiculous. I've been taking my kids to like 3 of their locations for years, and I've always been seen on time, and the times that it's taken longer than expected it's because it can't be avoided. It's medicine, not a drive thru at McDonald's. I've had to schedule appointments sometimes at 3 a.m., and they responded within minutes. The ladies and Dr's at the offices are very genuine and kind. Today, I made an appointment for my 14 year old at 6:48 am. Without a glitch for later today. I am grateful for kids and teens. As a single father of 3, I can honestly say I am grateful for everything they do for my kids. The staff is really courteous even to the most rude of parents. The Dr's and staff are caring and great. In addition many times at midnight or later I've been able to schedule emergency appointments for early that morning for my kids. Prior pediatricians made me go to the emergency rooms or were too booked. At kids n teens they've never turned me away. They always see my kids in a professional and timely and caring manner. Fact is my son needed his psych meds asap, because there was an issue long ago with acquiring them because of medical issues, I called them up they gave me an immediate appointment, we saw the Dr and she not only helped get his prescriptions but also made other referrals my son so desperately needed that were urgent.“

“I'm here in the late morning at 1100 am and it's busier than I thought it would be. I'm doing blood work and prefer to be here early in the morning but circumstances prevented me from getting here. The receptionist check in was super fast and friendly. I was really impressed. I was asked the standard questions to verify identity and recent illnesses. Now to wait for my turn at the flabotomist. I had great luck finding a parking spot across the street too! Oh my, the waiting area is quite noisy with a rambunctious little child, lol. It's really funny but a bit annoying. It was a little while before Mr Scott from the lab came out and called my name. He was funny and did an excellent job of drawing a couple vials of blood for my lab tests. We were done so fast!“
