About UCLA Health Santa Clarita Primary & Specialty Care
UCLA Health Santa Clarita Primary & Specialty Care is a medical facility that has received mixed reviews. While some patients praise the kind and compassionate care provided by Dr. Ramandeep Bains, others express disappointment with the service they received from other UCLA specialists. Some patients felt that the doctors they saw were unable to diagnose or resolve their medical issues, despite the high cost of the visits. However, the facility is still considered a top-rated medical center, and patients are encouraged to seek private practice specialists if they are unsatisfied with the care they receive at the UCLA Health Santa Clarita location. Recent reviews highlight positive experiences with specific doctors, such as Dr. Jan Janey, who listens carefully, takes his time, and makes patients feel comfortable, and Dr. Roxana Hixson, a knowledgeable and patient pulmonologist. Patients appreciate the time and thorough explanations given, as well as the responsiveness of staff members. The facility’s staff and physicians are committed to providing attentive care, with some patients expressing gratitude for the quick scheduling and helpful assistance from the medical team.
They send me out to get my blood drawn. No one gave me any instructions on that. It turns out I did it completely wrong and my test results are pointless. Doctor told me to do something and I asked the staff how to do it and they just threw a card at me to tell me where to go. I definitely needed more guidance and it has led to wasting my time and wasting my money. The only thing I got from that was bad test results. At the same time, it is seemingly impossible to communicate with my doctor. All they want to do is send me messages via UCLA house platform. Which is fine but they never reply back. What's the point of a two-way communication if it isn't to wake communication?
