I have had 3 tattoos done by Frank and they have all been above and beyond my expectations. I have found my artist and I am sticking with him. I even just set up an appointment for my mom to get some ink. ☮Edit: First photo is my July tattoo. Second is my birthday tattoo

I really wish I could give more than 5 stars for my awesome tattoo experience with Francisco. He is very easy to work with and super smart with helping you choose the best details and placement of the tattoo. I also loved his passion, excitement and attention to detail with hearing my ideas and making my tattoo dream a reality. I wanted this particular portrait of my kids altered into a nursing/healthcare theme and he knocked it out of the park!! It is even more perfect than I imagined. So many tattoo artists I interviewed with prior almost acted annoyed with my ideas or like it was a bother to even attempt my tattoo, until I met Francisco.
