“I highly recommend Church of Steel to anyone that wants to get pierced! I called 4 other shops that were highly recommended, unfortunately my daughter was too young to be pierced at their shops. Church of Steel was my last attempt at calling around and Art was so kind and accommodating. He was flexible with our appointment time, just wanted to make sure we were comfortable. Jay was our piercer, who was just as kind, calm and thorough. Jay is certified/took the necessary course to pierce babies. My daughter was first to be pierced, Jay explained EVERYTHING to us and what to expect. Even played the Bluey theme song to try to comfort her. My best friend and I were next to be pierced. Bestie has a huge fear of needles. Jay was just as calm, comforting and let us chat his ear off. The environment was so clean, sterile, and pretty cool artwork and pictures in the shop. They only accept cash but there’s an ATM in store.“

“I scheduled a last minute appointment for lashes and I was lucky to get the last slot for the day. My lash tech was Araceli. She is really good at her craft and I appreciated how upfront she is and genuine. I have not had lash extensions in over 15 years and let her know in the past the adhesive would irritate my eyes. She was able to use an adhesive for sensitive eyes and have not had any issues with my lashes now that I have had them for a week. She did a hybrid look because I couldnt have anything too dramatic due to work purposes and she did an amazing job! I would totally go back. Thank you Araceli!“

“I've been to this shop twice, the second time just today. My review can be summed up pretty much by this: nobody at this shop is going to be cheap, but you get exactly what you pay for, a top tier tattoo that can stand up to the scrutiny of anyone out there. Today I did a spur of the moment walk in and got tattooed by Deft (@deft_ink on IG). I went with a jawbone under and framing my knee. It was something I had an idea for, and he executed perfectly, it came out great and I couldn't be happier. He took his time positioning it well, tattooed quickly, and it looks so much better than I anticipated. The first time I was here was with Nathaniel Gann who no longer is at this shop but he also does killer tattoos. I got a half sleeve done in 18 hours across 4 sessions. I had an idea, he made it into art and created something that more than exceeded anything I could hope for. Best tattoo I've ever received and well worth the hefty price tag (I believe artists at this shop often run around $200+ per hour). The quality of the artists here speaks for itself, just check out any of them online. Great for impromptu walk ins and extremely planned out large scale pieces alike. Just go and get a consultation done.“

“I’ve been coming to Culleton for my tattoos for years and his work is unbeatable. I’ve now taken my husband and 5-6 closest friends to get tattooed by him as well. Everyone at this shop is so talented and such awesome company, and this shop has a great vibe. It’s a great place to spend the afternoon and get some new artwork.
