In my marketing research course, I experienced challenges with learning a statistical software program called SPSS. Consequently, I sought support from someone with experience in SPSS. Savannah, my tutor, was an expert in SPSS. During each of our tutorial sessions, she was consistently patient, supportive, and thorough.
With very short notice, Dr. Lien was able to create a plan for our high school senior to prepare for the AP Calculus exam. He helped raise our son’s final grade from a “C” to an “A.”
