About PSI Exam
The PSI Exam testing center provides a professional and comfortable environment for candidates. The staff members are consistently described as friendly, courteous, and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with modern computers, ample space in cubicles, and noise-dampening features like carpeting and headphones. While the testing process can feel a bit like going through airport security, the staff is just doing their job and the overall vibe is comforting. The testing room can get a bit chilly, so it's recommended to wear warm clothing such as a pullover sweater or a top with long sleeves. Results are often available immediately after the exam, though this may vary depending on the specific test. The PSI Exam center also prioritizes security measures, with multiple staff members checking in candidates.
They changed their phone number and even the board of cosmetology isn’t aware of it. I was given a number that never got me anywhere. If you have any questions for this place just go in person. Luckily they take walk ins for the photo service I needed. The staff is rude, I walked in and they all just stared at me, every person I saw them talk to was a rather rude interaction. Guess you don’t need class or manners to hand out licenses. 🤷🏻♂️
This place has very bad reviews but I just left the cite (on a Saturday) and everyone was very nice and professional. Bring warm clothes, they try to keep the place at a good temp but sometimes it did get cold.
I recently took two tests here (on different days). Everybody was professional, respectful, and I have no complaints. Yes, it can be a little off-putting and feels like you are going through airport security. But if you just go with the flow and accept that the employees here are just doing their job, you will be fine. My only issue is that the testing room can get chilly. So if you get cold easy, wear a pullover sweater or a top with long sleeves so you won't have to take it off. Jackets are not allowed in the test room.
