The PSI Exam testing center provides a professional and comfortable environment for candidates. The staff members are consistently described as friendly, courteous, and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, with modern computers, ample space in cubicles, and noise-dampening features like carpeting and headphones. While the testing process can feel a bit like going through airport security, the staff is just doing their job and the overall vibe is comforting. The testing room can get a bit chilly, so it's recommended to wear warm clothing such as a pullover sweater or a top with long sleeves. Results are often available immediately after the exam, though this may vary depending on the specific test. The PSI Exam center also prioritizes security measures, with multiple staff members checking in candidates.
The staff was super helpful, friendly, & efficient! You aren’t allowed to use your phone in the center, but they have small lockers to hold your things while you take your exam. They also provide noise-cancelling headphones, disposable earplugs, and a notepad to use during the exam. My only grievance is the parking situation, since it’s in a business center, it may get a bit confusing.
Professional Staff & Clean Testing Environment
This is the place to go for all your test proctoring & state licensing needs. The employees were kind & respectful, and I was very impressed by the computer lab which was highly comparable to a college testing center. Big thanks to Johanna and the staff for proctoring the test environment.
Not bad I have been there before the Mexican guy who wears a mask like its the height of covid is not very pleasant. They taking it way to serious. The other people helping were very lovely and helpful and Friendly like they are supposed to. As well ill say that the phone number doesn't work for the test center. You have to fiddle throughout the website to call some call center with someone who you can barely understand. But other then that you guys get a 2.5 hire people who acc want to be happy and do their job
