Star Station Smog Check 3 PB

I am so impressed with the PB location on Damon Street. I was in a unique situation in that I had a back injury that prevented me from getting out of my car but my registration date was getting close. They totally accommodated me by allowing me to stay inside the car. The place was easy to find, clean, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I want to shout out Daniel who was so kind during the process and really went above and beyond with service and helpful information. Thanks Daniel!

thank you so much for your genuine compassion and attention to detail. The authenticity of this establishment surpasses all others.

When I first found this shop, I was trying to smog my 1991 Chevrolet and found much difficulty. the owner was kind and patiently listened to my situation. he did the best he could and was so determined to make it pass but unfortunately it never did. Now I come back with a new vehicle by the mercy of the lord and it passed with flying colors.

This would have been a 3 star review, just because they showed up to open the place 20 minutes late, but then they gave us a 'tardiness discount' and I added 1 star to my review. Everything else was 5 STAR: convenient location, once started they are pretty quick and efficient and, most of all, they are also nice guys, very helpful.
