I’m so relieved to have found this shop. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, approachable, and genuinely took the time to talk through what was going on with my car. Honest, patient, and not trying to drain your wallet. My car is running great now. Finally found a trustworthy mechanic in San Diego. Highly recommend!
I usually take my car to a brand specific dealership for repairs but while I was getting new tires I decided to walk over to this shop and ask about brakes. I’m so glad I did! Chris, Noe, and team were amazing and went the extra mile with my car. They were very transparent with each step and pricing as well. Don’t hesitate, choose this shop:)
Chris is amazing! After my mom went to her car dealership and they told her she needed $1,300 worth of work done, Chris thoroughly reviewed her car and ended up concluding that much of that work wasn't needed. She ended up paying 1/6 of what the original dealer quoted by coming to Napa Auto Care 1-Way Auto Clinic. Knowing she has a trustworthy, detailed and courteous mechanic to fix her car gives me great peace of mind.
