Never tried Tai massage and decided since I was in the area I get one from Sopa Massage. Sopa suggested we ease into it after I explained my areas of concern. She did a fabulous job targeting my problematic areas and the stretching I didn't know possible worked wonders! She did a perfect mix of Tai and regular massage on me.
