My husband has been seeing Dr Piranio for many yearsThis Chiropractor is EXCELLENT, EXCEPTIONAL, PROFESSIONAL AND THE BEST.He works with the patient to get better and to live a healthy life. My husband and I live on a Ranch, my husband doesn't stop , he works the Ranch... From driving heavy equipment, building etc... Dr Piranio has patience and always fixes my husband and gives a quick lesson on good body mechanics. All of his staff are professional. We moved to Arizona but drive to San Diego when he needs adjustments.... Highly recommend this group.

I've been seeing Dr Piranio for quite a few years. I have referred many people to him as well. My first adjustment I have ever had by a chiropractor was about 30 yrs ago. I have been to more then a dozen since then.I beleive Dr Piranio is the best that has ever treated me.

Over the last few years Dr. P and his office have been so very helpful with my pain management and improving my situation through chiropractic, physically therapy, advice, and referrals that I consult as much or more with him than my big business Healthcare provider.
