TERRIBLE customer service! (Used to be Roy’s dry cleaner)
I took 2 jackets to get dry cleaned and when I went to pick them up, the owner said the zipper in one of them broke when he tried to close the jacket and said that he replaced the zipper. I said okay. . But then he said he was going to charge me for the zipper HE BROKE. I told him that the jacket was working fine when I dropped it off and if the zipper broke while he handled it, then I shouldn't have to pay for it. He didn't care at all and still charged me $10 for a zipper that he broke. I told him that I would never go back and he lost a new customer. He couldn't care less. Stay away from this place.
