Provides the most basic of care. You'll get PT by the book not a shred more. They're not agressive or progressive enough. I'm an athlete & needed to get back in the game. After several months of PT for acl & lcl replacement my progress was too slow & limited (according to my orthopedic surgeon) I went to another 3rd party provider that got me to 100%. It's a shame that as a country we spend the MOST on healthcare while receiving the LEAST in quality. What am I paying insurance for if the care I need isn't covered?
This is based on my appointment with the allergy clinic and consult with Dr. Lopez. He is probably one of the nicest and approachable doctors I have encountered. He is professional, listens to your concerns, and helps develop of plan of care WITH your input. I've now been getting allergy shots at the clinic weekly with Jay, RN and he is also fabulous! He is super friendly and takes great care of all the patients. Definitely recommend coming here for the allergy clinic!! As for the ophthalmologist I saw, he was not friendly and dismissed my concerns. He almost laughed them off to be honest. I haven't felt that disrespected in a while. Wouldn't recommend.
They do not take TRIWEST! Staff is helpful gave it a 3 stars because when I checked their website it says Triicare on it. Staff is helpful and will give you an alternate place to go.
