Another stylist, Thao, is attentive and really listens, taking her time to talk about the style you want. She is very kind, sweet, and fun to talk to. The salon is very accommodating for walk-ins without an appointment, though appointments are recommended for the best experience.

Roxy is hands down the most down to earth, generous and professional hairstylist you'll meet in San Diego! This review is long overdue.
I've been coming to Roxy for many years (before covid) now. She's a busy stylist but she is very responsive when you need to book a visit. She is by appointment only.
I've been through many hair colors and cuts with Roxy so she's honest and transparent with my choices and changes. She executes every visit so well.
