I recently had 2 HVAC companies come out to look at why my heater was tripping my breaker. Both companies informed me that I would need a new water chilled heater and would run $7000 for new unit and install. SD Air and Mark were my third call and so thankful. It turned out that my breaker wiring was old on the main reason why the heater was tripping it. He replaced what was needed, explained in detail, was responsive and I have now saved considerable amount of money. Highly recommended, I felt Mark was honest and that is hard to find. Margarette

My home office heater would not fire up, the thermostat would click but nothing happened after that. Two other companies took a quick look at it and said to replace it with an expensive new unit. When I emailed Mark of SD Air, he said he had an opening the next day. He arrived right on time with his son, ran a number of tests, did some repair work on wires, etc, and now the wall heater is back and working great. Mark called in advance to let me know he was were on the way, and he and his son were great to work with. Total cost was about a tenth of what those other companies would have charged for a replacement! I would definitely recommend Mark and SD Air.

All I can say is I'm so thankful about finding this company. Not only are they reliable and on time but they fixed our problem. A lot of companies downtown talk about knowing all about HVAC units, take your 99 bucks for a "diagnostic visit"and come up with no answers. If you live downtown, call them! The job will actually get done and you wont end up with a quote for new equipment instead of a repair job.
