All I can say is I'm so thankful about finding this company. Not only are they reliable and on time but they fixed our problem. A lot of companies downtown talk about knowing all about HVAC units, take your 99 bucks for a "diagnostic visit"and come up with no answers. If you live downtown, call them! The job will actually get done and you wont end up with a quote for new equipment instead of a repair job.

I can't speak for the other reviews but I recently had an amazing experience with SD Air I had been having problems with my furnace and overall home heating. I had a company come out, charge me $100 to give me their recommendation on what was wrong, and basically told me I needed a completely new system for $10k I wanted a second opinion and reached out to Mark with SD Air and he came out two hours later to look everything over- no charge He explained, in ways I could understand, everything that was wrong and repeated himself as often as I needed for me to fully get it. Honest and Knowledgeable! Helped me with an issue by telling me how to fix it myself. My wall heater was not turning on most of the time. Turned out I had the wrongThermostat for the wall heater. I got in touch with the owner and told him about the problem I was having. He told me what I needed to do to fix. Now it works perfect. Super nice of him to do this at no cost. Many would charge big $ for this easy fix. Very impressed that he knew immediately what the issue was!
