They came on a Sunday when they said they would. Juan V snaked the main line 2 times in the back of house and once in the front. He stayed until the blockage got cleared. Also offered alternative services if we couldn’t get it done that morning later on. He was polite and knowledgeable. The price was fantastic too (59 dollars ). Thankful for the outcome.

The process was easy and very professional. We had a clogged drain in our corporate office kitchen. I was able to conveniently schedule an appointment online and was clearly communicated with by the Rooter Hero team on who was coming and their expected arrival. Daniel G was our technician and did a great job! He had the job done in under 30 min and was also able to advise me on a separate issue with one of our restrooms. Should we have any other issues we will reach out to Rooter Hero again. Thank you!
Zachary arrived within an hour, the fastest I’ve ever experienced, explained our diagnosis and he snaked out the problem and recommended future service needed if it happens again due to having older pipes. Super nice guy and glad I gave this company a shot. Will be using them again next time I need assistance. Thanks Zachary!
