These guys are the real deal. We had a kitchen sink that clogged, and this happens to us pretty frequently. Called these guys up and they came out same day within a few hours. Super professional, super helpful, super honest. We found our new plumbing company, so glad I found them online.
My kitchen sink backed up. I called Rooter Hero Plumbing and Joaquin arrived in less than an hour. The problem ended up being more severe than a simple clog. Joaquin kept me up to date on what was happening and provided several options at each step. He blew out the main line and rebuild the pipes under the sink. Joaquin's knowledge and professionalism were outstanding and the repairs did not break the bank. Thank you!
