Currently on my second month of going to Riffs and I couldn’t be happier about the entire experience. I love going to their 6am class during the week, great way to start my mornings. Highly recommend trying it out no matter if you’re experienced or a beginner.
I’ve done, different teachers every time o went so far and all of the classes just surprises me.The Anusara yoga with Katerina and the warm Vinyasa with Samantha are my favorite, but honestly I only had good experiences at Riffs so far.
Riffs is the best! Lovely yoga studio with many great classes to choose from! My favorite class is with Juliana Zappitell for her morning Hatha class! She’s an incredible instructor who always has an amazing holistic flow planned, ending with restorative sound healing. I love how we start each class bringing in an intention to the mat, and she has so much knowledge to share about the yoga practice that goes beyond the physical and into the mind and spirit. 100% recommend!
