Great local Yoga Studio in OB with lots of class options and affordable packages. The studio space has a very Zen vibe and can fit dozens of students with good space in between.I have been going here for 20 years with various teachers and owners. Riffs has done a great job in the recent years and a bonus to be able to also go to the Bird Rock outdoor space when called to.And great tacos or beer are available next door if feeling called to after a class.
came here while I was visiting (took a class by Kat ellis) was a wonderful experience, the studio was clean and everyone was friendly. The atmosphere of the class was great and Kats sound bath at the end was phenomenal!
An amazing studio that fully embraces and pays respects to the practice of Yoga. I've taken a class there with Robin Christ and the energy was transformative. A full somatic experienced sealed in with amazing community at the end. One of my favorite studio spaces in San Diego.
