Resilient did a great job with our roof. They were very efficient and neat, and the roof looks great. When we asked them to address a issue with the final product (a bit of gutter damage and some discoloration of the paint on one wall) they were very happy to fix any problems we had until we were 100% satisfied, which we are.
Horlando, Salvador and Roberto who are Demo Crew are good workers and respectful to us the owner and our property. They show that they are very professionals and well trained in handling roof demolition. After the demo they also see that before they leave the surroundings are clean. Give them 5 star not only for their work but their respect to my property.
Our roof is finally done and we couldn't be happier with the results! A huge thank to Michael Arballo for explaining each step of the roofing process clearly and thoroughly. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied throughout the project.

Everyone I interacted with in this company conducted themselves with the outmost respect and professionalism, from the crew that took the old roof out, to the crew that installed the new roof and office staff. I cannot stress this enough, which makes for a great experience. I was explained thoroughly of all steps of the project and I was appraised of the status of the project every step of the way. The crew members were very respectful of my property, and left their working areas clean. The shingles look great, and of high quality, installed with high-quality workmanship. I will recommend anyone to entrust this company with this important part of their home.
