I can't say enough good things about Elkan, Aaron and Victoria. They are the only company I called that bother to work with manufacture warranty and the only trusted carrier's dealer (I called at least 10 dealers). Renales Heating and Air recently fixed my Carrier Infinity AC, which went down months ago! I have multiple contractors who came for diagnosis, they were either unable to figure out what the problems are or they just recommended for a replacement. When I called Renales, Victoria was able to schedule an appointment for me quickly and Elkan came for diagnosis. Elkan is very knowledgeable and patient, he was able to pinpoint the problem, ordered the parts and fixed the AC! I am very happy about their service and believe they are true professional.
