I love this nail place. My daughter and I have came here a few times and each time the quality is up to par. I get a gel pedicure as done my 6 year old, and they put as much effort into doing her toes as they do mine. I never feel as if they're rushing to try and fit in the client, and I've came at different days on different times and they're always attentive. The environment is clean, relaxing, and soothing. They always offer me a drink and something extra for my child. They also have a no fee atm inside which comes in handy. I will continue to visit this establishment with my little one, as long as the service remains top tier.

I used to love this nail salon, especially for my favorite nail tech who delivered excellent service. However, since the change in ownership, customer service has declined. My go-to nail tech left, and no one else can meet my expectations. Additionally, there's a persistent push for acrylic nails, which isn't my preference. Three stars for the memories but not the same experience anymore.

Despite sendinng me multiple text reminders, they seemed surprised when I arrived for my appointment. She even tried to convince me I was mistaken before she double checked her phone and realized I actually did have an appointment.The massage itself was fine but I will not be returning. The reason being:1. She interrupted my session TWICE to talk to customers out front. She has a loud doorbell that lets her know when someone walks in. This happened twice.
