I started my physical therapy at Proactive after a recent skiing accident and ACL/double meniscus surgery. I was so terrified, since this was my first sports injury but the team at ProActive Carmel Valley took me in and were the warmest to me. They helped me on my journey, and now 7 weeks post op I am fully able to do almost everything I was able to do pre injury. My physical therapist Kim made sure I was progressing through my injury at a good pace, and always offered words of encouragement even after I stopped my PT. Shoutout to the entire team: Kim, Arturo, Noah, Lizette, Adviti, Cassandra and Ajiee.

What a knowledgeable and talented team at ProActive! After a successful neck surgery 2 years ago I recently had frightening pain likely brought on by exercise I should not have been doing. Thanks to the team work of Donavan and Jayson I was quickly relieved of neck pain and headache. Most importantly they are putting a plan together that will educate me for a lifetime of safe exercise. Cannot say enough good things about this group.
