I have been going to 24 hour fitness for the past 3 years and finally made the switch to a few new gyms, Planet Fitness being one of them. I kind of wished I signed up for Planet sooner because I was really missing out. At 24, I had to wait to use machines all the time and it wasn't clean. However, with Planet you don't get any of that! I signed up for their Black Card membership which allows me to bring 1 free guest every time I visit and access to their black card member only room that has tanning, hydro massage chairs and more.This location is in Sorrento Valley so the crowd is pretty much mainly corporate employees or Mira Mesa residents.Honestly, I don't know why...read full review

Planet Fitness in San Diego is a top-notch gym for beginners. With a plethora of beginner-friendly machines, it's an excellent starting point for your fitness journey. The cleanliness is remarkable, with well-stocked paper towels and cleaner sprays available, ensuring a hygienic environment at any time of the day.
