Rachel is a wonderful pilates instructor. She is able to tailor the workout to your skill level, and the workouts are always different. She gives good cues to ensure you are engaging the correct muscles---usually if you think something is easy it's because you aren't doing it correctly. She's motivational and fun! I've been taking private lessons from her for more than 2 years. I have a much stronger core after starting pilates, and I think it helps combat all of the sitting I do at work. I always feel great after my workout.
