We just moved to the area and have been to other Pigtails & Crewcuts locations so we knew we needed to try this location out. Both kids had a great time & Dara was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet, caring and did good cut on both my 8 year old and 2 year old. We will definitely be back!

We had such a great experience with Sam at Pigtails and Crewcuts! My daughter's hair isn't the easiest to manage, and Sam was extremely patient and kind through the whole appointment. She took the time to work through detangling and was so understanding about how easily our hair tangles — no rushing, no frustration, just genuine care.
She also gave us some great tips and ideas for what to try at home to help manage it between visits, which we really appreciated. It's clear she knows what she's doing and truly enjoys working with kids who have trickier hair.

We’ve been taking our son to Ms. Rona for about 7 years, ever since he was 3 years old, and we truly can’t recommend her enough.

Our son is on the autism spectrum, and before meeting Ms. Rona, haircuts were incredibly difficult. He would cry, be scared, and every haircut was a stressful experience. Ms. Rona completely changed that for our family. She is so patient, gentle, kind, and understanding. She never rushes him, always makes him feel safe, and somehow manages to work quickly while keeping him calm and comfortable.
