“Heather was our month of coordinator. She went above and beyond to create a package to accommodate our split ceremony and reception - a small Thursday ceremony in Temecula, and on Saturday an Indian sangeet plus reception in Coronado. As soon as our contact began with her, things started going smoothly. Vendors that were initially slow to respond were suddenly fully cooperative, decisions we had forgotten about were made jointly during an in person meeting with the 3 of us - she gets down to business! She made us feel confident that we were in good hands, and we were! On Thursday since our event was very casual, we initially contracted just a few hours with Heather for the ceremony, but when the venue required a coordinator to be present for the rest of the night, she was able to make the time to stay with us at a very reasonable rate. That allowed us to not rush speeches, cake, dancing, for an unforgettable night.
During the reception, which had 170 rowdy guests, she and her team took care of everything. The timeline was followed to the T, they were in frequent communication with venue staff, DJ, photographer, and more. The night went so smoothly thanks to her. We are very appreciative and highly recommend!”
