Heather was our month of coordinator. She went above and beyond to create a package to accommodate our split ceremony and reception - a small Thursday ceremony in Temecula, and on Saturday an Indian sangeet plus reception in Coronado. As soon as our contact began with her, things started going smoothly. Vendors that were initially slow to respond were suddenly fully cooperative, decisions we had forgotten about were made jointly during an in person meeting with the 3 of us - she gets down to business! Five Stars for Heather at Willmus Weddings!

With only a few months to plan a bridal shower, Heather jumped right in, providing an impressive selection of venue options and expertly coordinating every detail with me as an out-of-town host. Her attention to detail was exceptional, and she kept everything on schedule while remaining flexible enough to accommodate last-minute requests, including hair and makeup for the bride.

What truly sets Heather apart is her professionalism and strong relationships with vendors, which made the entire event run seamlessly. Heather was organized, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her!

My wife and I work 10-14 hour days, so we had no chance to plan our wedding on our own. If it weren’t for Heather and Christophe, we wouldn’t have had our wedding. Not just that, but even a good one. I’m still getting feedback from all our attendees saying that our wedding was hands down one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended.
