“I concur with some other reviews here complaining about front desk staff. It was very difficult to get an appointment. Each time I called I was told Dr. Amy French was fully booked and to call back at the end of the month. When I'd call at the end of the month, they told me the same thing. Very frustrating. But I will say Dr. Amy French was TOTALLY worth the wait. I needed a uterine biopsy and she was so gentle and so skilled I hardly felt it. I was so relieved and she took plenty of time to discuss different HRT options.“
