“I've been going to Acupia for a few months now and I can't say enough about how great they are. I mainly see Dr.Kim, she is amazing and has changed my life. I have seen a significant change in my health since I started. I've been seeing her for fertility, migraine, lymphedema and fatigue. Dr. Lee is also great, you can tell they really care about their patients and take the time to find the root cause of each problem. “I had a positive experience. Dr. Hatch is kind, very knowledgeable and makes you feel like she truly cares for you- wants to make it happen genuinely. She knows what she's doing and has a plan to get you their. She is a hot commodity, so you may see her PA who is nice too or her other dr team mate. The office seems to work together. All of the team members are kind and know what they are doing. It's a very busy office, so yes wait times can be crazy long but all my other doctors never run on time so I think I expect/ used to it. If you expect your appointment to be on time then you may be disappointed, but once you get in front of her or her team you will never feel rushed or a number imo. The pricing/ insurance part is straight forward and they were on top of things for scheduling ect. I do believe you are the CEO of your own health so reminding, asking questions ect. feeling comfortable to say what about this or that is part of my job too as a patient or raise your hand/ email if you have questions or concerns. I've learned that over the years, not just from fertility world, but from seeing other specialists over the years to uncover health junk. I have had a great experience and grateful I was referred to her office. Dr Gordon and the PA are great too. She loves what she does and it shows. I just wish she could stay with me through the rest of my pregnancy but maybe I'll see her again one day to do it all over again.“
