“I am a retired health care professional, and I have been using NHC Menifee for the past several years. I followed a physician here from another practice, and he was my primary for several years. He retired and was replaced with another very competent provider, a NP. Unfortunately she just disappeared one day and nobody would say if she quit, or was let go, or moved, or what. I tried to follow her but was unable to find any information as to where she went. They assigned me to another doctor but I was unable to get an appointment for almost 90 days, so I quit this location and am currently looking for an alternative. I can say this, the staff are great, especially their telephone nurse hotline person. She was amazing. These people do follow up, all of them, and in a timely manner, for the most part. They do answer all of the portal messages within a few days, and they are pretty quick on RX refills. Unless you have special needs I would say this place is top notch. I think I can safely say that I would recommend them highly, with one exception, they seem to have a high turnover rate on providers. But, as far as I can tell all the providers are pretty good.“

Dr. Shehata is a wonderful OB and Surgeon. She always takes her time explaining and it never feels rushed. She is empathetic and makes you feel not just like a patient but a person. She walked my husband and I through my pre-cervical cancer diagnosis with such care. The surgery went well and it feels reassuring to know that any issues I have there is a doctor that I can go to that I trust.
