Great experience. Interactions with the staff members were customer oriented and informative and above all helpful in coming to an overall decision - in our case regarding kitchen countertop, backsplash and first floor flooring (LVF). It's always difficult to extrapolate a vision of one's house from a small sample, but the suggestions that were made were insightful. The provided pricing list is very reasonable, so we'll move ahead with the purchase of the materials for our kitchen remodel at MSI San Diego.
Wonderful Experience with MSI and Dharmesh!
We had such a wonderful experience working with Dharmesh at MSI in San Diego! He helped us with both our flooring and countertops for our kitchen remodel, and he was truly the best vendor we worked with throughout the entire process.
Dharmesh was incredibly communicative, helpful, and responsive, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. With a kitchen remodel, there are always a lot of moving parts, so having someone who was reliable and easy to work with made such a difference.
We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen and couldn’t be happier with our flooring and countertops! We highly recommend… read full review
I had wonderful experiences at MSI, going there several times shopping for countertops for my kitchen.
I want to recognize Sebastian, Destiny, and Kevin for their excellent, and caring customer service. I received awesome help from all of them in different fazes of my search. Kevin was very efficient to where (location) I can see the Taj choices I was looking for, and to display the chosen bundle. Destiny helped me decide, based on… read full review
