I strive to help people live fulfilling lives by using a combination of exceptional holistic therapies to help improve the body, mind, and spirit of my clients. These exceptional, science-based therapies include cranial-structural myofascial therapies, performance enhancing exercises, and health-life coaching to facilitate the clients’ wellness goals.
