Ashlyn is a very dedicated stylist who gets the job done! Nothing will stop her at helping her clients achieve the hair they want! And the owner was also very supportive and didnt mind in lending a helping hand :) overall it was a fun experience and a little getaway for a mom of three and I walked away with beautiful birthday hair!
Love having Dev as my hair stylist! She is always flexible in getting you in to get your haircut. It's really hard to find someone that knows how to cut my Asian straight short hair love it when she gives me the Crown massage. I highly recommend Dev! She is awesome and really takes her time cutting and coloring my hair.
This is a revision to a one-star review that I deleted, as I was asked to re-evaluate, and since I did eventually get a nice response back. Since I am not a client, I can see where it is unfair of me to cause the business to lose stars in Yelp, as I understand the ramifications and dislike people that don't take this into consideration. So I will give a 5 star review as I wish the business no harm, but based on the caveat if anyone reads this, that I think their auto response messaging system is bad when there is no timely response, and especially when there is virtually no chance of getting appointments there in any kind of timely fashion. Previous * One-Star REVIEW Great salon, maybe. Great communication, NO. Called because of their reviews, only to hear a message that says we are 2 to 3 months out on the next reservation, and we don't answer the phones and prefer texts. Then THEY text me with an auto response "Thanks for calling MDHD. Can I help you with a text instead?" So I answered, to maybe book an appointment for the future. No response. Messaged again to see if anyone listening. No response. Busy is good. But if you tell people they have to use your preferred method of communication, reach out with an auto response, and then you ignore them??? What's the point? Just a waste of people's time. Seems they are too successful to even care.
