I worked with Josette Desrosiers and paid over $1500 for hair services, only to be faced with unprofessionalism when I asked for her to touch up a poorly installed hair piece. She was irritated and wanted to charge for her time and then refused to remove extensions that were extremely heavy on my head. When I went to another stylist salon to handle my concerns, they verified she had used synthetic hair which explained the smell and poor reaction to water and heat.
