Mathews Cleaners offers great customer service with a friendly staff and a convenient drive thru. Customers receive good and fast results for dry cleaning, with clothes cleaned well and returned in a timely manner. The business handles difficult items, with one amazed customer finding a new cleaner after partner dropped off bad items thought impossible to clean. Alterations on pants are done nicely. Even when black marks appeared on a brand new wedding dress, the staff made it right and got the spots out without problems. The front desk is particularly helpful. One customer forgot to pick up a suit the next day but found the business opened early, allowing a quick in-and-out before 8 am. Another customer dropped off a suit for dry cleaning, and the fresh smelling suit installed confidence. As a first-time customer, a 50% discount is available online. Customers would go back.
I have taken a number of clothes here for dry cleaning with good and fast results. They did a nice job with alterations on a pair of pants. Recently I picked up my fiancés brand new wedding dress from them and there were black marks on the dress, but they made it right and were able to get the spots out without problems. Great customer service! Elizabeth at the front desk is particularly helpful
Dropped off a suit here for dry cleaning. The suit was available for pick-up in a timely manner and was cleaned well. This newly cleaned, fresh smelling suit installed the confidence in me to approach my boss and ask for that raise I've been wanting (due to the increased workload I've had since Janet quit). Yeah.. I got let go, but that's besides the point. Mathews Cleaners does a great job!
I got next day dry cleaning. I actually forgot to pick it up the next day and needed the suit for my son's promotion in the morning after. He needed to be in Golden Hill by 8:25 am. They were due to open at 8 am. I got there early to be there right when they opened. To my surprise they had opened early l, let me in, and the suit was ready to go. I was in and out in just a couple minutes and back home before 8 am. Thank you for the amazing service!!
