I am specifically giving this review of my massage therapist, Iris. I have a monthly membership and will only book appointments with her. She is absolutely incredible. She is extremely experienced, and is very intentional with every movement and in every positioning of her hand on your body. as a nurse, I know that she's using her anatomical knowledge of the body in bet hand placement and it makes all the difference. It's never the same massage twice, she always adjusts based off how I'm feeling and what she feels in my body. She's very intuitive and very thoughtful of each movement. I always feel so much better after seeing her whether it's just being more relaxed or her helping my neck or back pain. I do not know what I would do without her! She is one of the best!
I came in for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. I am a massage therapist myself, so I'm picky about receiving massage and Liz exceeded my expectations. She was intuitive, detailed, and provided a customized massage to my body's needs. Gina at the front desk was kind, enthusiastic, and informative. So grateful i came in today, thank you guys!
I had a front desk girl be rude to me over the phone and tell me 3 differnt names - first julia, then Nicola, then Natalia. It was all the same girl she was yelling at me, raising her voice. I asked for the managers name, not to talk to them but just their name please. 8 times and she said 8 times to me "I cannot provide you with that" about asking for the managers name..... another guy put me on a fake hold for over 10 mins. It's ok if the manager is not in just say no, no need to yell at me. Just say they are not in today :) Anyways I had a nice massage here 3 years ago. Then after my massage the front desk girl was beyond rude to me, yelled at me for not signing up the membership and paying cash so I could not be overcharged Or join a membership I'm not interested in. She yelled at me " walk away" when I left. But I already paid and was finished with my service so I was leaving? ***anyways today I called and asked to speak to a manger BEFORE booking a massage appointment, because I wanted to confirm what happened 3 years ago won't happen again. But I got yelled at on the phone so no I did not book a massage today :) It's not against policy to ask a managers name and that's fine they are not in today. I'm not going to book when you are that unfriendly over the phone, at a massage place. really......
