Hi. I paid another visit to Marque today, and was quickly reminded why I didn't think twice about where to go when I needed immediate care. Today I was treated with the same welcoming and professional care that I received on my previous visits to their fine facility. Five stars + a constellation is in order today!
I had a painful ingrown toenail, was soaking it for 2 weeks. Dr Gerstein (sp?) gave me some great advice and took care of it, ASAP. Parking is great and a short wait for a walk in, it's my favorite urgent Care!
What a great experience, especially compared to the AFC urgent care on Balboa, which was terrible. The staff and provider were very nice and professional. I was Checked in and in the room waiting for The provider even a few minutes before my appointment. Provider was great, assessing the situation and advised a simple antibiotic treatment should clear things up. I advised I had an appointment at AFC to remove the stitches in a couple days but told him about my terrible experience there. He understood and had also heard bad things about them. He offered to take the stitches out here if I wanted, so I made an appointment and looking forward to it. Highly recommend this...read full review
