This is a follow-up review. Previously, I mentioned getting an estimate from Lucky Air, working with Katherine Elsener. Their estimate for a new HVAC system was significantly lower than the other vendor's, and since Lowe's in Mission Valley was working with them, I figured they had been vetted. I live in a first-floor condo and had to work with the HOA to complete architectural request forms, provide proof of insurance, notify the neighbors, etc. Katherine was on top of this process, and checked with me to make sure I had all the necessary documentation. Signed up for a tune up for my AC central air in my home at Lowe’s. Lucky Air helped me reschedule twice due to my work schedule changing on me.Matt was my technician. He was amazing. Went above and beyond my expectations. Impressive technology and experience to make some good tweaks to my system. Employers should make sure they never lose employees like Matt. Pro. Gracias.
