This place is consistently excellent - something that is not easy to find! Sunita is always there and is fabulous - never had a single issue with a single item of clothing. Worth driving to for sure.
I am changing my review and give Jay the owner 4 stars for remediating the situation where I had lost 2 brand new shirts. He was very diligent in responding to my yelp review and making the effort to find my items. Thank you. For the lady that works there I would request she get some customer service training and care more about issues that customers have so that the owner doesn't have to get involved. Thanks again Mr.Jay for resolving my issue!
I'd give this dry cleaning 5 stars but one of my recent transactions left me wondering how the error was made and made me think perhaps the employee isn't paying attention. I've been going to Legacy Cleaners for awhile and I've been satisfied with their service plus they're close by so that's been convenient. However back in January, I took my husband's clothes in for cleaning as usual and when I went to go pick it up, I was given another customer's belongings that had my phone # on the ticket. They usually track customers by phone # like other places, but they had my phone on both mine and another person's order by mistake -- not sure how that happened. I told them the clothes aren't mine but they insisted that my phone number was on the ticket. I had them double check and sure enough after looking found my garments. The employee didn't seem very concerned either. I hope those other items got to the right person! After that experience I'm on the hunt for another place worried that my garments will be given to someone else by accident if the employee/customer are in a rush and aren't paying attention.
