When I saw this store open I was very excited to walk in and see products that I could any ever find on Amazon. I walked around and was so overwhelmed and Connie, the owner of the store, was very helpful and she really listens to what you are wanting. I have been shopping with her now for about 6 months and she has really helped me find the perfect products that I have been super happy with. She is straight up and honest which is nice and refreshing. I have gone to Jade 3 or 4 times this past year and I find the place great. The owner helps me find everything I need without over crowding me. I've read some bad reviews of this store and I'm sure some people may find the service less that satisfactory for whatever reasons, but I am completely satisfied with the knowledge and customer service exhibited by the owner. Amazing costumer service! The sweetest lady helped my find products for my hair loss that were within my budget and that worked great! Gave me so many good options to choose from and was very well informed on the products she sold. I left with a smile on my face, excited to try my new products and 100% will be returning!!
