Under new management in 2023. Staff seem to be confused about how to find clothing. Also several articles of clothing of mine were lost. However I did get somebody else's laundry in exchange.Maybe this is more of a laundry exchange than the cleaners. :-)

Jasmine and team are excellent cleaners. I had a few suits dry cleaned and they are like new. What I enjoy most about J&E is the friendly service and fun personality of the owner.

I've never reviewed a Dry Cleaners before. Our old one closed so I tried J & E Cleaners in the Rancho Bernardo shopping center. I was greeted by a nice young woman with a smile and she was happy to receive my business. I've noticed in RB there are places where the Customer isn't treated with manners or professionalism. One cleaner wanted payment BEFORE services received. Another shoe repair place acted angry to even see a person walk IN to their establishment. I turned around and left. (Clearly, I won't do business with them.) It could be challenging going to J&E Cleaners if one is unable to walk. Its necessary to walk from the parking lot, over cobblestone cement to get into the Cleaners. I was carrying quite a load so it was thrill-seeking to schlep it out to the car. Its worth using them for the price is better than what I used to pay! How refreshing!!
