Took my 4 year old son here. Easily saw the wait time displayed on the monitor which was perfect because I wanted to get him a snack from next door before his haircut. Used my phone to get on the waitlist at GC and enjoyed the snack outside while we waited. When it was his turn, a very sweet lady seemed genuinely excited to cut his hair. She said he reminded her of her grandson. She whispered something in his ear on the way to the chair which made him grin and he intensely followed her instructions! I walked in yesterday , no appointment, and had a very positive experience! Wait was brief, very friendly stylist greeted me, and she did my cut/wash/blow dry with round brush styling. She did a great job - name is Homa- try to get her if you can. Such a sweet person and tons of experience. Also the prices are super reasonable.
