I am so glad I found this studio. Aman and Sunny are probably the best yoga instructors out there. They know exactly how to help you improve your form. If you have pain, they will also know exactly what you can do to modify to relieve the area of discomfort. I feel so grateful to have the chance to practice here.
I love this place, this place vibes high, I heard it is the very oldest yoga studio in in all of San Diego, they have gong immersion there ...it is such a cool experience, it'll take you to another realm... It's a treat for San diegans to still have this facility.....
