Even though I had a bad experience in the past I can honestly say everything was made up immediately as soon as the Mexican guy came out to tow the vehicle that was giving me problems somebody at that company better give that man a raise !!! ? BRAVO ? ? ?That Mexican tow truck driver is making your company look very very nice congratulations to the Mexican tow truck driver
Company was hired by Turo (National Safe Driver) to tow my VW Passat from an unruly renter. Driver was able to communicate with renter professionally and get him to hand over the keys. He maintained communication with me and dropped off the vehicle in a breeze. And this all happened while we had flood warning in San Diego under heavy rains. The driver just jumped off the tow truck and unloaded the car like it was a sunny day. Very quick and professional service.
Siqar arrived in a timely manner and was professional throughout the process. He was able to get my car on and off without issue. Would highly recommend if you ever need a tow, especially for my car guys/girls out there ?
