Our 3-year-old indoor AC/HEAT Split suddenly stopped working. We had a technician (not EVO Air) come to see what the issue was. The technician told us the problem was with both indoor and outdoor circuit boards and made us order replacement parts. Once we received the boards, the technician did not return to finish the job because he was too busy. Needless to say, it turned out there was nothing wrong with the boards!

These guys were great. I had issues with our AC unit and they came out between appointments to resolve the issue same day and took the time to show me what went wrong and how to maintain the system.
The biggest thing that stood out was their fair pricing and the fact that didn’t upsell me anything. I maintain a few rental properties in other areas and 90% of the technicians that come out are sales people first and foremost. As consumers we have an illusion of choice with all these HVAC companies but the reality is most are owned by only a handful of companies.
